What is your shipping policy?


We ship all orders within 3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

What is your quality guarantee?


We stand behind every piece we make. If your item rips, tears, or breaks from normal wear and tear within one year of purchase, we’ll replace it—no questions asked. Just email us at admin@gaiaathletica.club with your order number and a photo, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?


Yes! We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. And if something doesn’t fit right, we're happy to help you exchange it—even beyond the 14-day window.

How do the pieces fit?


Our designs are meant to move with you. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed feel. You can also check out our size guide for detailed measurements.

Do you offer international shipping?


Not yet—but we’re working on it. Right now, we only ship within the U.S.

What if my item arrives damaged?


We’ve got you. If your order arrives with a defect or damage, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Just send a photo and your order number to admin@gaiaathletica.club.
